Aliva is born from a careful selection of local cultivars, rich in polyphenols and harvested while still green to enhance their intensity. Its aroma is deep and complex, with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato leaf, and almond. On the palate, bitterness and pungency are pronounced yet balanced, offering a bold and memorable flavor.

Perfect with: rustic bruschetta, red meats, legume soups, and traditional Sicilian dishes.
